Bye, Bye Karol
We are sorry to have to say a fond farewell to Karol, a team leader who has been with us for some years.  Having initially joined us as an assembler packer it was made clear by him, very early on,  that he wished to progress within the company. For the last year or so he has been successfully team leading a production line at Blisters.  Karol was the first male team leader employed at that stage.  Due to family commitments he has to return to Poland and will be missed for his hard work, enthusiasm and his personality.

It’s Spring
The economic climate continues to worry us all but the view from the window shows a different story.  The temperature outside is hotting up and the evidence is clear to see, it is spring. The trees are starting to leaf and the blossom is out.  From this we can take pleasure at least.

New Website at last!
Our new website is up and running and shows most of what we do at Blisters.  It has been a painstaking procedure, re-writing, picture taking and designing the overall look and feel of the website so that it covers all the topics in a fresh and interesting way which may inspire some ideas.  Hopefully, it is very user friendly also.  There is a link at the bottom of the page to the website. 

Latest Projects
We continue to have some new projects on the go starting with a ball puzzle run.  It has been a while since we have produced one of these ball puzzle games which are still a very good eye catching promotional item.  The puzzles have been ordered by ‘The Reading Agency’ and will be used to promote reading clubs in the UK.  Libraries all over the country will be participating in this promotion. See photos below.

Protective Blister Pack Giveaway
We will be producing a sampling blister pack for Ferrero UK Ltd.
The pack will include Kinder chocolate mini treats and will be a ‘giveaway’ and sampling promotion in the UK. See next Bulletin.

Double Shifting
Yankee Candles are still keeping us busy as we currently manage 8 containers per week of product which comes in from the States.
This is a very exacting job which involves carefully sorting and then labelling the products for the European market. This month we will need to work shifts to cope with the level of work involved.  There’s no complaint about this and we are pleased to be busy at a time when so many businesses are struggling.  We take nothing for granted and look forward to receiving more enquiries.
