Banding

A banded multipack is usually holding two or more items together in a simple fashion. Not suited to all but can be most effective to the right project.

The band can be a shrink band, printed or clear, the items being held together, sometimes by friction alone. The materials involved are not always the cheapest but this can be countered by the labour being simple and therefore low cost.
