Formed in the eighties, Blisters Limited has grown to become a well respected, mature and forward thinking company.  Although formally known for providing blister and plastic components for manufacture, it has for some years provided a complete end to end contract pack service from design through to assembly and delivery.  Blisters believe that its logistics and production teams are second to none.

Once briefed the design team work to present concepts with part or complete solutions to meet both customer and retailers requirements and expectations, without losing sight of the importance of the customer’s profitability.  In this particular area Blisters has a vast amount of knowledge and experience.

Magazine cover mounts and cover-mounting is another area where Blisters has extensive experience.  The product will be presented to its best advantage whilst offering maximum protection from crushing or any other damage during distribution.  This type of work also includes leaflets with samples attached for in-store sampling, door-drop marketing or mailing activities.

Blisters operate from two modern premises, one of which contains temperature controlled packing from 1°C upwards, handling cheese, yogurt and confectionery at any time of year.  Both sites are climate controlled providing a comfortable working environment for its staff whilst ensuring that food products are not subjected to large temperature fluctuations.

Although currently working with the latest manufacturing and packing equipment, Blisters will continue to invest in specialised machinery for specific jobs to ensure customers receive the best possible service at the lowest possible price.In fact whatever the requirement, you will find the whole team knowledgeable and enthusiastic, who take pride in the work they do, are genuinely pleased to be able to give customers exactly what they want and ultimately wish to be part of successful projects.
